• Raise the pitch to a minimum of 13° using 47 x 47 mm timbers
• Cover the roof with a blanket of 100 mm insulation
• Fit UPVc Fascia boards
• Clad the gable ends in UPVc or 9mm textured ply
• Apply Spanflex non breathable high quality felt
• Batten the roof with 2 x 1 treated timber
• Tile roof with Metrotile in a colour of your choice of Red, Terracotta, Bronze, Green or Grey.
• Fit new Swish guttering and down pipes
• 30 year guarantee on Metrotile product
